Ok! We've just spent two great days with Jennifer, our daughter. It's hot and humid but great to be with Jen, Scout and Hilo (her dogs). Spent some time helping her hang some art and painting. Had to touch up some for her; while I was at it I managed to step in to the paint lit and then unto her rug. After considerable attempts we couldn't get the paint out; so much for the supper duper paint remover stuff. Anyway, she has a new rug now covering the stain but the wall is one color.
We stayed at the Embassy Suits in Alexandria, this trip now that we don't have the condo. The suites were nice but overrun by tourist and their children. Next theme maybe we'll try something a little less geared for kids.
